Body, mind, and spirit is in reality what   Duality  we consist of, with the body only being the vessel for the mind and spirit. Mind is more elusive, could be spirit or consciousness or a little of both, yet actually if we think we know our mind, usually it is our ego of which we are actually thinking, maybe we are thinking. If we contemplate on mind we will learn what our true spirit consists of, which is why meditation, is such an important part of living. Most do not even know when they are meditating, ignorance prevails, along with delusion, illusion, egotism and usually what is called normal behavior in our supposedly intelligent society, especially here in the West, though it is what could be called a global epidemic to an extent. Of course some more than others, yet it is true some think of ignorance as bliss.
